Raw mango marinated and infused with the lingering undertones of fenugreek and other traditional spices. Sounds simple, but this pickle has the most complex flavours you can imagine and is one of our crowd favorites! - Made with gingelly (sesame) oil - Handmade in small batches - No chemical preservatives or added colour - Naturally fermented This is a traditional recipe from Tamil Nadu. The mangos are cut into small pieces and left to rest with salt, for a few days after which traditional spices are mixed in. The pieces and juices are then sundried separately for 3 days after which it is left to rest for a minimum of two weeks, allowing the flavours to develop beautifully. This pickle is not cooked at any stage, making it an absolute winner for your gut. Ingredients - Mango, Gingelly oil, Salt, Red chillies, Fenugreek, Mustard, Turmeric, Asafoetida Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
About the brand
We are a production centre which works on converting farm produce into value added products. We work with rural women from the villages near our farm, where we reside and practice farming the organic way. Our current offerings (pickles & jams) are made with traditional recipes the old fashioned way using produce from our farm / farms around us. We also run a farm stay where we welcome guests to experience life on a small farm in rural Tamil Nadu.
