No refunds or returns once a product is sold.

Eligible within 2 working days of delivery.

Specify the desired size.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, in original packaging.
Exchange packing format : Include your Order ID, name, address, contact number and email ID on the parcel. Pack the product and the invoice in original packaging.
Exchange allowed once per order.
Incase the desired size is not available, Mooshak will issue the customer a Credit note with a validity of one month.
Return Shipping:
Customer bears the cost of return shipping(reverse pickup and shipping charges).
